How to Join/Renew your Membership
For current SCCM / Texas Chapter members who would like to renew
- Log into your account at sccm.org.
- Under “Member Center”, click on “Renew or Upgrade”.
- Click on the link that says, “Renewing Now”
- You will be taken to a page where you can select the type of membership you’d like – Associate, Professional, or Select. After selecting the tier of membership you would like, click “Next” twice.
- Next, make sure you select “Texas Chapter” and click “Next”.
- Continue through the check out process, and click on “Add to Cart” at the end.
- Select “Pay Now” to complete the payment process.
For current Texas Chapter members (non-SCCM) who would like to renew Texas Chapter membership only
- Go to http://store.sccm.org and log in with your member ID and password.
- Search for “Texas Chapter” and click on “Details” under “Texas Chapter Membership”. You will see the timeline of your new membership under “Term”.
- Add to cart and Pay Now to complete purchase.
For current SCCM members who would like to join the Texas Chapter
- Go to http://store.sccm.org and log in with your member ID and password.
- Search for “Texas Chapter” and click on “Details” under “Texas Chapter Membership”. You will see the timeline of your new membership under “Term”.
- Add to cart and click on “Pay Now” to complete purchase. Note: your Texas Chapter membership dues may be pro-rated to line up with your national membership renewal dates.
For brand new members who would like to join national SCCM and the Texas Chapter
- Create a new profile at: https://store.sccm.org/Profile/CreateProfile.aspx
- Once this is created, you will receive an email with your username (this also serves as your membership number).
- Go to the following website: https://www.sccm.org/About-SCCM/Join-SCCM
- Click on “Join Now” and log in when prompted.
- You will be taken to a page where you can select the type of membership you’d like – Associate, Professional, or Select. After selecting the tier of membership you would like, click “Next” twice.
- On the following page, make sure you select “Texas Chapter” and click “Next”.
- Continue throughout the checking out process, and pay due at the very end.
For brand new members who would like to join the Texas Chapter only
- Create a new profile at: https://store.sccm.org/Profile/CreateProfile.aspx
- Once this is created, you will receive an email with your username (this also serves as your membership number).
- Log in using your username (member ID) and password.
- Go to the membership store at http://store.sccm.org.
- Search store for “Texas Chapter” and click on “Details” under “Texas Chapter Membership”. You will see the timeline of your new membership under “Term”.
- Add to cart and click on “Pay Now” to complete purchase.
For trainee members who would like to join the Texas Chapter
Chapter membership for trainees is free. In order to receive free membership, a letter verifying trainee’s status and program date of completion and a completed membership application (HERE) must be submitted to membership@sccmtexaschapter.org. Free membership is valid for 1 year. Trainees may renew their membership annually for as long as they are an active trainee.
For trainees who are under the Sponsored Fellows Program, Texas Chapter membership may be added when you first join SCCM, or later by contacting SCCM’s customer service at 847-827-6888 from Monday-Friday, 8AM – 5PM.
